Deposits and withdrawals: networks, status and fees
A practical guide to payment requests. Always take the payment address and final calculation from the form in your dashboard.
- Minimum deposit
- 50 USDT
- Minimum withdrawal
- $50
- Withdrawal frequency
- 1 request per calendar month
- Withdrawal fee
- 12% / 42% by funds category
How to fund your balance
Creating a request does not itself credit a balance. Credit follows verification of the blockchain transfer. An existing pending request may be shown again instead of creating a second one.
An address can be issued only when the payment pool has an available wallet. If an address is unavailable, contact a team member through support. Never send funds to an address from a private message, advertisement or AI reply.
- Select Add funds in your dashboard.
- Enter an amount of at least 50 USDT and choose TRC 20, BEP 20 or TON.
- Use only the address and network issued in your payment request. Check both before sending.
- Monitor the request and its entry in Activity.
How to request a withdrawal
Pending means awaiting review, not confirmation that funds have been sent. A team member processes the payout. This guide does not establish a fixed processing time.
- Save your own wallet for the selected network in Settings.
- Choose Withdraw, enter an amount and select a network. The minimum is $50.
- Review the fee, net amount and destination address.
- Confirm in the form and track the request in Activity.
How the fee is calculated
The balance distinguishes turnover funds from principal before turnover. A withdrawal uses turnover funds first. The fee is 12% on that portion and 42% on the portion before turnover.
For example, withdrawing $100 entirely from turnover funds gives a net amount of $88. If the entire $100 is principal before turnover, the net amount is $58. Mixed funds use a proportional calculation. These are fee examples, not a promise that a particular account is eligible to withdraw.
Monthly allowance and level limits
One withdrawal request is available per UTC calendar month. Pending and completed requests count; a cancelled request does not use the monthly allowance. The maximum amount depends on the account level.
- Level 1: up to $500; level 2: up to $1,000.
- Level 3: up to $2,000; level 4: up to $3,000.
- Level 5: up to $4,000; level 6: up to $5,000.
Verification and payment assistance
The current interface has no separate document-verification step. Sign-in is required to access personal operations, and a wallet for the selected network must be configured for withdrawal.
For an operation that needs investigation, provide your own request number, date and network in support chat. Never share a password, one-time code, private key or seed phrase. AI can explain an authenticated owner’s operations; disputes and concrete faults may require a team member.
