Understand accruals and referral rewards
Where to find your server contracts, actual accrual records and referral rewards, and how to compare them correctly.

When accruals appear
Accruals are calculated after complete 24-hour contract periods. This is not a promise of payment at midnight in a visitor’s local time zone. If server processing misses a period, completed periods are accounted for during subsequent processing.
A daily amount in the contract card describes its parameters. Actual credit is confirmed by a separate completed transaction. Before the first complete period ends, recorded income may still be zero.
How to reconcile contracts and entries
The history may contain deposits, withdrawals, purchases, principal returns, credit exchanges and bonuses. Returning principal at maturity should not be counted as new accrual income.

- Use Activity to see individual accrual entries.
- Check the date and status: pending is not the same as completed.
- Compare the same date ranges and currencies, rather than only the latest visible entries.
Where to find referral links and rewards
Partners contains your personal link and a network of up to three lines. Paid rewards appear as separate referral_bonus transactions. The percentage depends on your account level and the line.
Referral rates apply to qualifying accruals under the program’s conditions, not automatically to every deposit made by an invited user. A completed reward entry is evidence of an actual bonus; registration counts alone are not.
If a figure differs from your expectation
Check whether a complete day has elapsed, whether the contract is active and whether you are comparing a projection with recorded operations. Review the relevant dates in Activity.
Sign in and open support chat. The assistant can read your own contracts and operations, explain the balance and find entries by date. A fault requiring correction or investigation is passed to a team member. AI tools cannot access another customer’s financial details.
Compare results with the conditions
Consider the contract duration, any early-closure conditions and withdrawal fees when reviewing results. Displayed parameters and historical accruals do not guarantee future outcomes.
